Move around Benidorm easily

Benidorm is a city meant for walking and as it’s quite small it’s very easy to walk from one place to another. Regardless, you may want to use its public transportation on a couple of occasions. That’s why we explain all you need to know to move around the city easily.
The public transportation within Benidorm is exclusively by bus, but there are 20 bus lines well connected throughout the city. If you want to get your ticket you can do so at the bus station where the bus from the airport will drop you off.
- Bus: a single individual ticket is 1.30€ - 1.50€ depending on the line. But if you are planning to take the bus regularly, we recommend you one of their tourist tickets that last either 1 day (11.30€), 3 days (20.60€) or 1 week (39.20€).
Important things you should know
- You have 45 minutes once you use your ticket or card to make any transhipment within different buses. It usually takes way less time to make any type of transhipment, but it’s always good to have it in mind!
- Kids under 4 years old don’t have to pay to use the public transportation.
- If you forgot to buy your ticket or you prefer not to get one, you can still take the bus and pay to the driver in cash (they do not accept credit cards).
